Xing Paths 行跡

Welcome. These are My thoughts. My journey. My encounters.

I grew up in the cave dwellings (yaodong) of Northwest China. Years later, when I first encountered Plato’s Allegory of the Cave, it struck a chord deep within me. Few, I believe, could resonate with it more literally or personally.

From competing in math and physics Olympiads in high school, studying finance and economics in Hong Kong, rolling out ERP systems to a global factory of 40k+ workforce, managing multi-billion-dollar equity portfolios as an investor, to launching new software products as a tech executive in Silicon Valley — my journey has spanned industries, continents, and roles. But behind every pivot has been a single thread: a pursuit of knowledge and intelligence.

This blog is a reflection of that pursuit — of a boy once in a cave, still chasing sunlight and exploring the “world of Forms.”
